To enter our giveaway, follow the steps listed on this page. Entrants must have an active Twitter account with at least 5 followers.
Official Rules No purchase is necessary to enter. Purchasing will not improve your chances of winning. To qualify, entries submitted online must be received by 5:00pm EST, Monday, October 31st, 2011, at which time three followers will be chosen at random.
Who is Eligible Entrants must be old enough to receive shipments of the herein listed giveaway items. Entrants must also reside in a country that is not currently embargoed by the EU. Members of Silent Apps Team and respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies and the immediate family members of each are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law. By entering, winners certify that they meet all eligibility requirements. By entering, winners also agree to all Terms and Conditions.
Prize The winner will be able to choose either iPad 2 3G with a retail value of $629 or unlocked iPhone 4S with a retail value of $629. Cash equivalent is permitted. If cash equivalent is chosen, PayPal will be used to transfer $629 to an account of winner's choice. All federal, state, local, and other taxes on items won are the sole responsibility of the applicable winner.
General Conditions Three @HipstaChez followers will be selected at random from all eligible entries. If selected follower hasn't tweeted required message, he or she won't be eligible, and another follower will be selected instead. Out of those three selected followers winner will be selected by the number of times promotional message has been tweeted. If there's equal amount of tweets, winner will be selected at random.
By entering, the winner certifies that they meet all eligibility requirements. Drawing date is on or about 5:00pm EST, Monday, October 31st, 2011. The winner will be notified via Twitter direct message within 24 hours. The winner must respond to our written notification within 48 hours of contact, or he/she will forfeit the giveaway item. If a prize is not claimed within the time limit, an alternate prizewinner will be drawn at random from all eligible entries.
